Return & Replacement & shipping Policy

Please order only if you need the product. We are a small company, non delivery of products hurts us very badly.

Do not accept the parcel from the courier company if the parcel is tampered or open.

Also make a video while opening the parcel and the box inside, without video no replacement will be given.

We need the video so that we can raise a complaint with the courier company , if there has been a theft.

Return Policy

Defected item

If the item that you received is defected report to us with in 1 day after delivery by sending an email on litmusindia2024@gmail.com , 9999083116.
Refund : We take 2 working days to process the refund.  

As per the Exchange policy we will replace the product after receiving the product from your end with in 2-3 working days. 

Once the refund is approved amount will be credited  in your account with in 2-3 working days. 

Non- Delivery

All orders are delivered within 7 days . If you have done prepaid payment and your order is not delivered within 7 days , email us at litmusindia2024@gmail.com within 15 days to inform about us about the non delivery.

Shipping

Depending on the location, the products are likely to be delivered to you within 2 - 5 days of the order placement
